I am having trouble with the now tv box (black) the kids, movies, entertainment, and also tv guide and all other on demand services non of which are working I.e they are not playing back just keeps saying 'ooops there's a problem try again later' it has been like this for approx about a week.
There is full internet connection I have reset it all 're connected everything and nothing is working still.
Please help
