No matter how many times I put my postcode in for my location, I still get London local news. Help please

I am guessing you are referring to the ITV Hub App ?

Unfortunately the ITV Hub App only offers the London news and can't provide the regional news in your post code area 

Where the BBC iPlayer App does offer regional news if you go into and select your region in the IPlayer settings

Perhaps drop ITV a message about it, who are responsible for their ITV Hub App on the boxes, where nowtv wouldn't have any control of the content or the news broadcasts on a third party App such has ITV Hub.

Personally myself I always preferred the BBC News over the ITV news, but I suppose it is subjective and a matter of choice
