Fixed!

I also had this problem! Tried to reset the box 10 times with no joy so i unplugged the router then reset my smart box and the box reset with no problems. UNPLUG YOUR ROUTER THEN RESET YOUR BOX. WAIT FOR THE BOX TO LOAD BEFORE PLUGGING YOU ROUTER BACK IN THE WALL! hope this helps.

@Anonymous User  pressing the Now button after a reset before the home page loads works.  Mine is working now and I did not reset my router.
