Hi, My TV screen suddenly has blue streaks/tinge. I don't know how to get that fixed. I've noticed when I switch TV on, the connection is initially a bit slow and there's buffering before Now connects. Tried to reset but no change. Do I need a replacement, newer version of NOW TV Box?Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for your help
Outside of a new HDMI cable you could try a factory reset to the box.
As for a new box, you’ll be beyond lucky as they no longer make them never mind sell them. All you’d need is either Amazon fire or Roku stick. Either way as long as it’s listed on this link.
Also try a different HDMI port on your television and if you have another television in the home, as a temporary test try the NOW box on your other TV to see if the same picture issue is happening.
If that doesn't help, then try step 6 on this linked article below (update the software even if it's on the same version number).
Try it on broadcast channels also. If it’s still doing it there, it’s the TV that has the problem.
