Everything looks green

Everything that is suppose to be black on the screen has turned green. Only done this recently. Help. My TV works perfectly fine on any other setting

Might be HDMI related.

 

Try a different HDMI port on your television and a different HDMI cable.

 

If the picture still looks green, would you have a different television in the house to temporarily test the box on for the same results ?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

What about testing the box on a different television to see if the same results happen on the box to eliminate your other television out of the equation ?

 

If you don't have a second television to test the box out on, then maybe see if there is anything in this link below that can help.

 

Otherwise i am out of ideas (unless anybody else on the forum has got any suggestions to try apart from buying a new replacement nowtv streaming device for your TV).
