I amam having significant problems signing in with correct username and password (as it works on other devices). Box suddenly asked me to sign I'm after 2 weeks of use and since then have had to reset password and box multiple times to no avail. Connected to internet so no probs there. Keep getting disconnected from live chat.

My now TV box does not accept my user name and password. It works fine on the app and online. Did a hard reset of the box and also changed password. 

Strange that hat the box accepted my user name after I did the hard reset but not now I am in the Now tv screen trying to play a film.

I have the same problem spent an hour on live chat. Changed my password, did a reset and still can't watch on my TV. It seems that this is known error but they still tell everyone to do the same thing which doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to make a complaint?

Can you tell us if your using your Email address of Username to log in to the box? And if this is for sure the exact username/Email that you use to log in to other devices?

I have tried both and neither are recognised. I have also tried both on my iPad and that is fine

I'm also experiencing this problem with my now tv box 😕

I've tried logging in with both my email and username - no good.

I've tried resetting the box and resetting my password - also no good.

I CAN access the now TV app on my computer though.

Can anyone help please ?
