I done two hard resets and turned off and on again and reset my password. All works fine on the website but, not the Now TV box. Worked perfectly yesterday and today I need to sign in but can't.
Any ideas

Sorry to hear about the problems you experienced.
It looks like you were able to sign in recently.
However, if I'm mistaken and you are still unable to sign into your NOW TV Box, please let us know and we'll look into this again.

Have put in what i thought was user and password, wont except, tried to corret via on line, but cant access the username change system, as it wont except my sky email????

Hi,
Im also having trouble logging into my account, ive just signed up for the entertainment package and it says i can use it instantly, but when i log in it says my details are unrecognised.
Please help?
