is that the bouncy popcorn spitting NOW TV mouth logo. If so sounds like your box has frozen. I would try another hard reset. Push a pin into the reset hole at the box while the box is powered up and hold until you see the box restart itself. It can take about a minute to then move onto the getting started screen.
If it is a floaty green NOW TV logo that's the screensaver, a tap on any button in the remote should wake it up, check the batteries in your remote if nothing seems to happen.
