I recently bought a brand new box with a two months movie pass inside.
I sign in and applied for the free month movie trial. Then I was trying to apply the pass a few times but I get erorr mesage.
What to do now. I can't use my pass

I have the same issue.
I bought a NOW TV box on the promotional stand at Waterloo station only last week.
The promotion came with a 2 Month movie pass yet the voucher code does not work.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. The text on the passes is very difficult to read in my experience, just to make sure, have a look at this link to make sure you've entered the code correctly http://help.nowtv.com/article/Code-not-valid
