I recently bought a brand new box with a two months movie pass inside.
I sign in and applied for the free month movie trial. Then I was trying to apply the pass a few times but I get erorr mesage.
What to do now. I can't use my pass

Exact same problem the code is very clear 2 months movie pass, I just get an error every time saying that it is invalid nowtv box was purchased as a christmas present only a few weeks ago

Is it the NOW TV 'white' (Roku LT) box? Which looks like this: -
Is it the NOW TV 'black' (4200SK - Roku 3) box? Which looks like this: -
Is it the NOW TV 'smart' (4500SK - NOW TV) box? Which looks like this: -
