My two mounts movie pass voucher is not working

I recently bought a brand new box with a two months movie pass inside.

I sign in and applied for the free month movie trial. Then I was trying to apply the pass a few times but I get erorr mesage.

What to do now. I can't use my pass

Exact same problem the code is very clear 2 months movie pass, I just get an error every time saying that it is invalid nowtv box was purchased as a christmas present only a few weeks ago

Hi I got now TV box it came with 3 month entertainment pass that active I bought a 2 month movie pass but it won't let me add keep telling me code is wrong
