As mentioned in my previous post, unfortunately only the movie pass can be watched on BT Vision boxes (which are a type of YouView box) , not entertainment or sports. Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. If not, a NOW TV box is probably your cheapest option (you can find boxes with 3 months entertainment passes for around £19-20 at the mo on Amazon, Currys, Argos etc)

If you do have another compatible device such as a games console, Roku, Chromecast etc that you want to set up, you can find more details here

Unfortunately due to Youview licensing agreement you can only watch NowTv movies on a BT Youview box.

If you want to watch NowTV entertainment, then the supported device linked below may help.

Hi @schnapps @Andy

@schnapps Actually, that goes for Youview boxes and any type, including pure retail boxes.

@Andy , BT vision and Youview are two separate things. Youview is actually what replaced BT vision. BT don't offer BT vision any more.

I do not work for Now . I am simply a Now customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service. But just like you I am still a customer. This means I cannot help you with issues that would involve looking into your account directly. A member of the now TV forum team or live chat will need to assist you with these issues.
