Problems watching Now TV on my Ipad

I have a sky sports monthly pass that i watch all the time on my Xbob One, and i used to watch it on my ipad too. But for some reason it has all of a sudden stopped letting me watch it on my Ipad. I have signed in with my normal account and everytime i go to watch something it will display a message saying ' You must have a Sky Sports Pass to watch this' but i have a pass.

Is there something im missing here because i only have 1 device (Xbox One) allocted to use my iPad, and its becoming more and more frustrating that i cant watch it on my iPad anymore.

Please help if anyone can.

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you are using the wrong username on your iPad.

Just to check, on the website if you go to your My Account >My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes
you can see your Sports Pass showing as active?

If so, go to your My Account > Account Details page http://account.nowtv.com/account-details and check what username you are logged in as (if you don't see your pass, you've logged in with the wrong username, so try any others that you have).

Then on your iPad open up the NOW TV app and go to the My Account screen and check the username at the bottom of there. If they don't match, use the sign out option and then sign in with the same username on the website.

Even if they do match, it might be worth signing out and back in on the box to see if it picks up your sports pass then.
