Now Sport Membership

I am paying £38 a month for Sport and Boost but when I go to Discover to watch old rugby games, the app is telling me I need a Now Sport Membership...which I am already paying for! All the Live channels work...this has never been an issue before?!

Have you tried signing out and back in on your playback device ?

Also do you have any other playback devices to see if the Rugby on Demand folders play ?

I am using an Android Tablet and the NOW App on Demand Sports plays for me.

It wouldn't be this older England Rugby match on Demand you are having trouble watching ?
