So frustrating.
Error on android. Broken for a few days.
I have reinstalled a few times.
Cleared app data and cache.
Restarted phone.
Can't watch anything.
What about downloading content?
Have you tried on your mobile data?
Have you unplugged the router for a few minutes?
Take it your phone is fully updated?

Hi @Jonathanc
Did you manage to fix this ?
Where I am getting the same exact error code on my old Amazon Fire HD10 tablet 7th generation.
The tablet has been running flawless for years using the NOW App.
For me the error code popped up yesterday.
Tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked for me so far.
I thought because the tablet is getting long in the tooth running Android OS 5.1 could have been the cause since a newer firmware rollout, but I checked on the NOW Help Centre article and Google Apps Store NOW App specifications and Android version 5.1 is the minimum OS the current NOW App will operate on.
My other Samsung Tablet operating Android OS version 8 seems to be running fine.
Hi @Jonathanc
Out of curiosity what mobile phone are you using and what Android version ?
Forgot to mention that somebody over on NOW Twitter Help last week had the same error code on their mobile device.
They didn't mention what device they was using and a number of tweets back and forth to NOW Twitter Help or NOW live chat didn't fix the error code.
I have just realised that from the current NOW Help Article on what devices are supported that my older Amazon Fire HD10 tablet which is older than 2019 is not on the NOW official supported list.
Perhaps this is the reason why I am seeing the error message in my particular case.
It's a shame for me in my particular use case scenario, because I only wanted to use the Amazon tablet has a back up device when my main Samsung Android tablet was on mains battery charge, where I was using the NOW Community Forum and NOW App on it to check content related questions brought up on the forum.
Or checking what time family members was watching NOW content, which was much easier and quicker for me than going into my online NOW account.
Anyway I hope that others who are encountering this error code get it resolved by NOW, where it looks like it might be hardware specification compatibility in my particular case.
