Can't login on iPad app 😡

My iPad app's been working fine, until this morning. I accidentally logged out, but it won't let me log back in. The user name is definitely correct, I reset the password too so I knew I was entering the correct thing!
It just keeps saying 'sorry your sign in details aren't recognised, please check and try again (password is case sensitive).
Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear that your having some trouble signing into your iPad.

I have made some changes that should kick in by 16.30 this afternoon.

Happy to announce I've finally been able to sign in on my Ipad!

It seems to have fixed itself........I rarely had to log on previously but every time I went to go on it I did and couldn't get on.
Hope it's not a fluke.....

I was in France and did not realise the app doesn't work there.

Still, now we've decided to commit economic suicide and leave the EU I imagine it's not a problem I'll be having too frequently 😉

Are you able to let us know what version your iOS is on?

The iPad is on iOS 9.3.2

And I am in the country

It would be great to get this worked out soon as I brought the weeks package in order to watch the Open!

Are you using your email address or username to sign into the NOW TV App ?

Please make sure that you are using the username.
