Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us and/or the NOW TV developers to work out a solution for you!
To be fair @SeeMoreDigital he has answered most.
@Anonymous User can remove the app and readd it? Assuming that you have not already tried that.
There are still a few questions I'd like answered, such as: -
If the televisions software is not up-to date or has become corrupt, deleting and re-installing the NOW TV app most probably wont help.

Your email and password. When logging into the NOW TV service, I suspect you're using the wrong 'Username'
@Anonymous User a lot of black now tv box users just had this issue, turned out to be a problem with 'special characters' (+, %, etc) in the password (as found by user Vyeking).
We were able to login after changing our passwords so that they didn't use special characters, have you tried this?
