Can't sign in to now TV on my lg tv

I can sign into the app on my laptop and mobile phone but can't on my tv. Just keep getting message saying username and password not recognised tried many times without success

The tv is connected wireless not Ethernet. The tv software is completely up to date. All other apps and software on the tv work fine and up to 2days ago so did the nowtv app, now it just keeps saying my e mail and password are not recognised.
The tv model is LG60UF850v.

Your email and password. When logging into the NOW TV service, I suspect you're using the wrong 'Username' Smiley Surprised

@Anonymous User a lot of black now tv box users just had this issue, turned out to be a problem with 'special characters' (+, %, etc) in the password (as found by user Vyeking).

 

We were able to login after changing our passwords so that they didn't use special characters, have you tried this?
