problem completing sign up process

I'm trying to sign up for the Entertainment Pass. I created an account, chose the pass, then entered the payment details. Bu when I clicked submit, the next page didnt take me to the next step

I wonder if you could arrange for it to be added to the What payment cards can I use? 'Help Centre' article?
