Hi @Anonymous User

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear this. Can you try deleting the app and then re-installing for us please. Also is this on live and on demand content?

Cheers

Hi @Anonymous User,

Sorry to hear this issue is still happening.

Are you able to adjust the video resolution and Hertz settings. If so, please try different ones to see if that helps.

If that doesn't help, can you please do a download speed test and let us know the result.

Thanks,

Rich

Hi @Anonymous User

Would it be possible to try these steps

Go to the Charms Menu by pressing the Windows Key + C.

  1. Select Search.
  2. Select Everywhere from the drop-down menu.

o    If you do not have a drop-menu continue to step 4.

  1. Search for "WUAPP."
  2. Select the WUAPP App.
  3. Select Check for Updates.
  4. Select Install Important Updates.
  5. Once the updates are installed, try NOW TV again

Update your Graphics Drivers

  1. Press the Windows + X key and select Device manager.
  2. Search for Display Adapters.
  3. Right-click on the graphics card and click on Update driver software

You could also try adjusting the wireless channel of your router to see if you can get a stronger signal as it is most likely to be a speed issue that's  causing these problems for you.

Thanks

Andy
