Error 1300 tends to be related to a particular film or episode not being uploaded correctly. What have you been trying to watch?

@Anonymous User looks like it's a faulty file at NOW TVs end as it's not working on my mobile either. I'm sure one of the admins will pick this up and report it to the content team.
