Dear Now TV
I have cancelled my package since April but noticed that I am still being charged (6,99 monthly amount in May and June)!
I am extremely disappointed as i actually never watched anything that is why I ended up cancelling the service. I would like to get a refund for these two months that I have unfairly beign charged. If you looked at my bill history it only shows payment in April!

Have a read of this guide article linked below it might explain the reason why you are still being charged.
Due to this is an account issue your best bet would be to jump over to NowTV live chat, open the linked page below, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a "contact us" button highlighted in green, click on it and a secondary page will open with the option to speak to live chat or alternatively you can email them.
