Why can’t I buy a 2 month NOWTV entertainment pass for £10 from a retailer ?
At one retailer I handed over payment the transaction was cancelled at the last minute.
Am I expected to pay £19.98 for 2 months online ?

@Anonymous User which retailers are you specifically seeing them advertised?
Most high street retailers no longer advertise them although I'm aware that Currys show them with 'out of stock'. You'd have to ask the individual retailer why they're advertising them.
If it's an online retailer like CD Keys or Amazon Marketplace (who emailed codes), they were never an authorised seller.

@Anonymous User NowTV have discontinued passes/vouchers for retail. Any discounts/offers are now issued directly through your account by going to
Manage account>passes and vouchers>red banner 'your special offers'.
You may also be offered retention discounts when you cancel passes.

@Anonymous User was this online or in the store? There's no listing for passes on their website.
