I have had a voucher for 3month’s of entertainment, which I got when I bought the plug in box. I bought this 2 years ago but have never used the voucher; nowhere did it say the voucher would expire if it was not initiated or would be timebarred. I have got around to using it and tried to use, but it says it has expired. This is not great customer service - can you please honour your commitment and give me the 3 months I paid for? Thanks

In situations like this they always ask to see a copy of your receipt for the Now TV device, so have a photo or scan of it handy so that you can email it to them.
