Just started watching COBRA series 1, episode 1 and the sound track is totally out of sink within 30-60 seconds. We haven't tried other episodes, but I have reset NOWTV box etc, and tried to access the episode through various screens/searches. No luck. No other content is affected. Any suggestions, please? Thanks

Hello thanks for raising this to us, we will have this checked out for you, what kind of NOW box is it ? Ie is it big with blue writing? or small black box

Hi we have checked this for you and we cannot replicate the issue, have you tried resetting the box?

Yes we have tried a few devices and cannot replicate the issue, try removing the HDMI cable and swapping the two ends and replacing back in or if this does not help try a simple switch off and on may be a connection issue

I have this problem occasionally on my Samsung Smart TV, but smaller amount of wrong syncing.
What cures for me is just stopping, then restating- it's then in sync.
