Can't find bonus streams on my xbox I try to talk on live chat and it seems I know more than the actual now tv employee as i had to explain where the bonus streams and they try sending a copy and paste telling me when bonus streams can be found when I just explained that I couldn't find it even after looking in the right place and refreshing multiple times.
So does anyone know how to fix it cus the live chat was useless and I've miss all of the game I've been trying to watch
