Why does Now tv keep logging me out of hitachi smart tv?

Hi all, I have a hitachi smart tv with the now tv app already installed on it - every time I close NowTv it logs me out - there’s no “stay logged in” option and I don’t seem to be able to uninstall the app on the tv - any ideas? 

could this be because I’m signed in on another tv in the house? Is there a way to remain signed in on both?

It will have nothing to do with being logged into another device. My login details are on maybe about 8 devices 2 of which are smart TVs.

Perhaps it’s a fault with the system, are you able to unplug your TV for a few minutes or worst case set it back to factory settings?

@Anonymous User Hitachi isn't a supporter device which may be causing the problem.

@Anonymous User are you referring to a NOW stick plugged into your TV?

Now TV was on the source list as an app - I’m able to watch now tv on the tv it just signs me out each time?
