@Tennisfan I completely agree. No choice of live match to view, no option to add upcoming matches to watchlist to view when convenient. No replays of current event being played. Very poor value for money as you can only really watch live one court which might not be possible if you are working or busy. I would request a full refund if only it was possible to contact Now and speak to someone.
