I added movies to my Now membership specifically because I couldn't find the 2013 Baz Luhrmann version of The Great Gatsby anywhere else and Now claims to be showing it. However when you click on the link for the Luhrmann film it takes you only to the 1974 version starring Robert Redford.
There seems to be no way to ask Now TV about this so I wondered if anyone had a suggestion short of cancelling my membership which seems the only option. I'm guessing the company doesn't monitor this section and it's a way of half providing customer service on the cheap.
Any thoughts?

You’re wrong about claiming to have the newer version of the film. If you use JustWatch it is only available to rent or buy.
Before you buy anything you should do your full research, so you’re not having to faff around. The good thing is with NOW you don’t need an active membership to browse the catalogue.
Either way, staff wont reply to you on here.

Where does Now claim to be showing the Baz Lurid version?
Please provide a link to this, and we can then show you how to make a complaint about it.
