NOW Chatbox - NOT WORKING! where is customer service??

Hi, has anyone every been able to connect to their chatbox? it simply does not register or work for me, it keeps hanging, how does anyone get in touch with NOW to do with cancelling membership, i've cancelled cinema membership as i already have SKY but can get through no one!  Terrible service do not use these people if they have no CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!

Nor will creating just one 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
