Sorry something went wrong

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.

Doesna nyone know why I keep getting this on my laptop? I can go to my TV and watch the programme I want to watch no problem.

I can also watch something new but I can't watch something I've previously paused.

Have you tried another browser, deleting the cookies/data, unplugging your router for a few mins?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
