Thought my 'monthly pass' gave me access to all Sky Sport channels.

Yet appears that I can't view the 'red button'. Is this correct?

There is five EFL games on tonight.

Not sure they are there yet, where sometimes the Bonus Streams only appear at the bottom of the Sports section a few minutes before kick off.

Also what playback devices will you be watching the Bonus Streams on ?

Where PC /Mac and phones and tablets doesn't currently support Bonus Streams.

Unfortunately a PC isn't supported for red button Bonus Sports Streams.

Nor does a phone or tablet.

Do you have any other NOW playback devices to watch on ?

I know Android TV and Chromecast Google TV also supports Bonus Streams which is not on the list, but unfortunately PC/Mac, phones and tablets doesn't currently support Bonus Streams.

Yes Roku should be supported.

What Roku model do you have and have you checked following my instructions on my other post ?

Also I am assuming you are using a monthly Sports Membership and not the Mobile Sports Membership.

Yes, it's monthly membership.

First time I've turned Roku on in months and it's now giving me a 'can't update' message!

I've no idea what model it is, either.

Hi @NicT 

Sounds like you have a NOW branded device if you are seeing that message.

Because you have an active NOW Membership, perhaps try a full factory reset and once prompted enter your existing NOW account details.

If using a Stick hold the reset button for around 15 to 20 seconds and if using the NOW Freeview or 4K Smart box again hold in the reset button for around 30 seconds and not 6 seconds in the link instructions above.

Hi @NicT 

Just checked on my Chromecast Google 4K and if you click on Sport very top line of the NOW App home screen and then navigate right down to the bottom of the Sports screen where the Bonus Football Streams are there to watch from 7.30pm.

Out of curiosity which EFL game you are looking to watch ?

Where the Preston NE v Birmingham game that was advertised on the red button is now on Sky Sports Arena according to the Sky TV Guide.
