No BBC i player on my Now stick

Hi,  I have had my Now stick a few years and yesterday BBCiplayer won't load. Everything else fine, also ok on my laptop. I have checked software updates as advised by the bot. Bit annoying it's gone, any idea why? I pay my licence fee etc.

Have you checked the NOW Stick Apps Store to see if the BBC iPlayer App is there to re install?

Also maybe try a power reboot on both your NOW Stick and Router.

If that doesn't work, then press the Home button 5 times on the NOW remote, followed quickly by pressing the FF (fast forward) button 3 times quickly followed by pressing the RW (rewind) button 2 times on the remote to bring up the secret menu on the TV screen.

Update the software even if the version number is the same.

I haven't got a NOW Stick to check, but will check my NOW box later to see if the BBC iPlayer App has disappeared.

The NOW Help article about Apps on NOW branded devices still says the BBC iPlayer App should be available.
