Hi all, have the movie pass via NowTV box. All other films working but Lion King (2019 version) keeps coming up with Error 1300 - "we dint't have this at the moment". Anyone else having this problem or know how to resolve it. No NowTV help or live chat currently available.

This issue has been reported to NOW TV, the team responded that they are working on the fix.
Please note that you should be able to watch it on Roku stick, PS4, tablet, mobile.
but it might not work on some laptop, xbox, apply TV at present.

The Lion King is playing for me where I am watching it now on my NowTV 4K Smart Box.
Went to movies then selected the film from Recently Added.
Can you confirm what playback devices you have tried and are you a UK or Republic of Ireland customer.

I've just had it play on all 4 of my registered devices.
Have any of you checked on a different device? See if it will play on the Android/iOS app or on a computer. If it does, see if it appears in the 'continue watching' on your TV and plays from there.

That didn’t work for me, started the movie on my phone (played Ok) tried to continue on my Now Tv App and now they “don’t have it right now” really annoying.

Same here. Lion king and Toy Story 4.
works on tablet, but won’t work with apple tv or Xbox 😡
looks like some kind of access issue for any device with a separate display.
