unable to load sign in error on PS4 console

I logged off my PS4 account to use Now on my laptop, i then logged out my laptop and attempted to log back on on my PS4 console and the error keeps coming up saying - Unable to load sign in

Could anyone advise on how to fix this please?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Was the PS network down? As this can effectively bring the console down to a blue ray player at best.

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
