I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Can you please try turning off your router for a few minutes. Please then turn this back on again and try to re-connect.
If you are connecting over WiFi, can you please got to network and set up your connection via the Easy option.

Thanks for both posting, sorry to hear you've had issues on the PS console, can you both try to reboot the console and also make sure your settings are all correct. Please check the location is UK and that the time and date are correct. Let us know if your problems persist.

I also have these issues stated "somethings not right - give it a moment" and have re-booted, i am in the UK and date and time is correct but stil does not work. Its works on all my other devices but PS4.
I want a refund if this doesnt work as this was the reason i took it for

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had.
Can you please try deleting the NOW TV app and all NOW TV files from the game data section before re-installing.
