Number Of Devices

Hello.

I've recently logged into my account to find that both my Xboxs have for some reason been unable to play due to maximum devices. I have 2 Xbox and 2 now tv boxes. I now have to wait a month for each Xbox to be able to be registered even tho they was already registered... Starting to get on my nerves.

Jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices on you account, then start watching nowtv content on your four devices to add them back to your device list on your account.

Unfortunately the live chat is not working for me at all.

Hi @Anonymous User

Live chat works OK for me, try a different Internet browser, make sure that your ad blocker is disabled and Javascript is enabled on your device. 

I will tag @Tony-D of the NowTV Team who should be able to assist, by re setting your two Xbox devices on your list at his end.
