Hi,
I have been watching now tv for months on my ps3. Not long ago updated to a ps4. Ive been having problems with NOW TV on my ps4 lately. It wont load?.. it starts up with the NOW TV logo then goes blank and stays like that. I have uninstalled.. re-installed it , even turn ps4 on and off. I have given it a few day hoping it would be fixed but no updates nothing. i know its not my ps4 because AMAZON PRIME, and NETFLIX work just fine. My wife and i where going to buy the movie pass for the christmas season and thinking of keeping it but i think i have changed my mind!!!.. I think we might go back to amazon prime!. Please can you guys fix this. I am paying for a service i cant really use.

Would you be able to try these steps for me? This may grant a more stable connection for the PS4.
1. Go to Settings, Network then View Connection Status.
2. Make a note of your default router IP Address (this can also be found on the back of your router).
3. Go back and select Set up Internet Connection.
4. Select Use WiFi or Use LAN (Wired) depending on the connection you’re using.
5. Select Custom.
If your connecting wirelessly scan for routers and type your security pass at this point.
6. In IP Address select Manual and complete the following:
• IP Address : Use your router IP Address but change the last digit to a different number of your choice
• Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
• Default Router : Your router IP Address
• Primary DNS : Your router IP Address
• Secondary DNS : 0.0.0.0
7. Press Right on the controller and select:
• MTU Settings : Automatic
• Proxy Server : Do Not Use
• UPnP : Enabled
8. Select X to save and test your connection

Thanks for posting.
I'm unsure if you've tried this already but have you tried to uninstall the app and clearing the game data?
It sounds like the app might be corrupt, so you might also want to try rebuilding the database.

If you are getting a message regarding Playstation maintenance this is not a NOW TV issue, this would be Sony carrying out maintenance to the platform.

Thank you for getting in touch, sorry to hear you're having issues with your PS4. If you're still having issues can you try clearing the NOW TV game data. Also is there a chance you can try a wired connection or reboot your router. I'm aware other apps may work but a reboot can help.
