I keep getting error code CE-118377-7 on my ps5 while trying to watch now tv. I get to watch about 10mins then it comes up with something went wrong and that code. I can start watching again but it is happening every 10mins I get this and have to start programme again.

It seems to indicate that the issue lies with the service being accessed, and not with the configuration of the accessing device.

What have you tried on your side to resolve?
Try delete the app and reinstall it.
Unplug your router for a few minutes.
What are you trying to watch? Have you tried other content?

I have deleted app and reinstalled turned ps5 off and back and restarted Internet. I'm trying to watch From. I have tried other programs and all do the same on now tv. Other apps work fine it only the now tv app.

this is obviously not a user specific issue. I am also facing this issue today!
