Can’t watch

I have a now tv account I use my tv stick and partner uses his Xbox, we was watching now tv on his Xbox then he went off now tv to watch YouTube literally for 2 minutes then when he put now tv back on for the kids it came up with a message saying there’s too many devices/can’t add this device,, checked my now tv account and both my tv stick and his Xbox are on the account? Anyone else had this problem?

Looks like a few Xbox owners have encountered the same device limit message.

Have a read of this linked thread on how to resolve it by contacting live chat to reset your devices on your account.

Yes I  have same problem and others too by sounds of it ie can watch on devices in list except xbox one although it is still listed. I tried deleting and reinstalling NowTV on xbox but still same issue message of exceeding quota for devices. Dont know where to go from here except cancel subscription and then feedback reason to NowTV.
