Can't press any buttons except quit

Hi,
Now TV on ps3 loads fine but then doesn't respond to any commands from the controller. Other apps working fine. I've uninstalled, cleared app data and reinstalled without any improvement.
Any help?

Also having the same problem and tried all suggestions. Very strange as ive never had any problems before

Can you tell us where exactly does this happen? Does it happen on everything - Sky Movies, Entertainment, Sky Sports?

 

@Anonymous User - are both controllers official ones? That's very odd that the second one works.

Hi all,

 

I will try what lildozer has done and go from there, I am not currently near my ps3 so will do it tomorrow sometime and update everyone.

 

Mine only happens on Enterainment.

I have just managed to try what lildozer said with the seperate controller and it's worked.

 

I have 2 official Sony ps3 controllers.
