Can't login since the Xbox one update

Everytime I login on now tv on my xbox it just freezes.
Nothing happens on the login screen.
I don't have parental controls set
I've checked and reset the router. And nothing is blocked.
I've cleared the cache on xbox
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Yet nothing happens!!!
Help I need to catch up on twd!!!

Can you advise if you have any special characters in your password or username/email address? also do you get a error message at any stage?
