took payment

i feel now tv took payment too early! i had a free month movie pass that should of ended on the 3/4/16 which i was then going to cancel, but now tv have taken payment today??? i feel this is wrong this is the first problem i have had with now tv it has been great until now. i dont wish to pay £9.99 so im surprised in why you took payment today i wanted to cancel my free voucher today!!! please could someone get back to me many thanks.
