Hi Sue i downloaded the free 14 days trial as i was thinking of purchasing the nowtv box as i want to change from chromecast i did this on the 23 Feb 2016 but your system has charge my bank account £6.99 on the 24 Feb i have never had nowtv so i should have been able to try the free trial this maybe a tec issue.
i look forward to your reply to either extend my subscribtion or refund the £6.99
