my now tv box is not working i have sound but a purple screen comes up with a message the states unauthorised content on every movie

I had this problem, It was caused by using a HDMI switch. I had to put the lead straight into the HDMI socket in the TV, not had a problem since. Are you using a HDMI switch? If you are nottry a different cable.

Thank you i looked on there and it said abot reseting the system and that has worked thank you

There is a thread regarding similar issues, I'll have a look. Try a different HDMI cable if possible.
