Voucher not working

Hi I've just tried to input my voucher code I have got for cinema and it just says Hmmm, we don't recognise that voucher. Please help

However, if the afore mentioned 'Help Centre' article does not satisfy all your requirements I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative, which can be done via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility. Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • To 'Send us a message', click on the light blue 'Send Message' button.
  • To start a 'Live Chat', click on the dark blue 'Chat online' button.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

This has happened to me on a few occasions in the past and the way i got my voucher code to be recognised / work was to use a different internet browser.

 

I personally find that Microsoft Edge was hit and miss in applying voucher codes and Firefox worked better for me.

 

On one occasion had to contact live chat because the code would not work on any internet browser that i tried, told live chat the problem where they applied the voucher code on my behalf (happy days).
