I just got the 14 day free trial today thinking it would be for my TV. Am I wrong? As it is not active on my television. ..I don't understand.

Welcome to the forum.

The pass gives you access to the live movie channels (not on YouView) and on-demand movies that are part of the NOW TV service, which is accessed via the Internet (not via aerial or satellite).

To watch on your TV you need either the app on your TV (which is only available on certain models of LG smart TVs) or a suitable device connected to your TV such as a NOW TV box, YouView box, Xbox, PlayStation etc.

If that doesn't help, post back with a bit more info on how you are trying to watch NOW TV and the problem you get.

Now TV, the biggest pile of trash that doesn't work no how, no way.  My advice, go anywhere else, let's face it there is plenty of choice out there and at least the other providers actually work.  What an absolute load of utter rubbish !!!!
