Sky movies pass

Hi there,

 

For 2 months now my sky movies pass won't let me watch any movies and continuously tells me it'll be renewed the next day but then goes on to tell me I have to wait another month! I am very annoyed as this means you have taken 2 monthly payments from me but I have not benefited from them at all!
