Rules of Obsession (1994) Wrong Aspect-Ratio (it's stretched)

The movie Rules of Obsession is presented incorrectly on-demand, it's 4:3 but has been stretched to 16:9. The isn't the first time this has happened, Snowbound Express was the last I noticed. You can change your TV's settings to accommodate the picture, but it should be fixed if possible.

I've just checked this on my LG television and can confirm this observation. Good catch.
