I pay monthy for Movies and Entertainment and for the last 4 days i have had no access to movies.... I can still watch the entertainment however when i go on movies it tells me to buy another pass, i click on that and it says servicce unavlaible?!?!?...

HiI'm trying to cancel my 2 week cinema pass and it won't allow me to because payment is trying to be taken but it says payment is due on the 30th. Can I please cancel it and not be charged?
