I have 2 devices one is entertainment and the other is movies. The ovies device has not worked for almost a week and I am going to leave now tv as i have managed to cancel entertainment but need to cancel movies too.

Hi and welcome to the forum,
Which make and model of Now TV playback devices do you have?
In what way is the 'movie' service not working... Can you see the movies?
When you access 'My Account' via this forum and visit 'My Passes' when is your next 'Due on' date?
Are you aware that you are able to view movies (and entertainment) on both of your Now TV devices using the same account?

Thanks for posting, sorry that you wish to leave, if you've cancelled your entertainment pass but unable to see/cancel your movie pass sounds as if you have an account for each subscription.
